INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PEOPLE 1 box of dry lasagna pasta 1 carrot 500 gr of ground beef 1 bottle of tomato sauce 900 ml of milk 50 gr of butter 70 gr of flour 100 gr of parmesan cheese HOW TO DO IT
Finely chop the carrot
Heat 50 ml of oil in a large pot and then add the carrot and the ground beef
Cook for 10 minutes and then add the tomato sauce
Cook for other 10 minutes then add salt and let it cool
Heat the milk for 5 minutes
In another pot melt the butter and when is melted add the flour and whisk constantely
Whisk the butter and flour in the hot milk and let it cook for 5 minutes, untill the bechamel has the consistency of a cream
Spread part of the bechamel in a large batch
Top with lasagna pasta
Top with the sauce, the bechamel and some parmesan cheese
