INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PEOPLE
1 box of dry lasagna pasta
1 carrot
500 gr of ground beef
1 bottle of tomato sauce
900 ml of milk
50 gr of butter
70 gr of flour
100 gr of parmesan cheese
HOW TO DO IT
1 box of dry lasagna pasta
1 carrot

HOW TO DO IT
- Finely chop the carrot
- Heat 50 ml of oil in a large pot and then add the carrot and the ground beef
- Cook for 10 minutes and then add the tomato sauce
- Cook for other 10 minutes then add salt and let it cool
- Heat the milk for 5 minutes
- In another pot melt the butter and when is melted add the flour and whisk constantely
- Whisk the butter and flour in the hot milk and let it cook for 5 minutes, untill the bechamel has the consistency of a cream
- Spread part of the bechamel in a large batch
- Top with lasagna pasta
- Top with the sauce, the bechamel and some parmesan cheese
- Repeat untill all the ingredients are finished
- Cook in a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes at 180°
